On April 16, 2019, a Social Networking Event will be arranged. Participants will be charged an additional 120 USD for it. 

Presentation Guidelines

All the participants are requested to give an oral presentation in English based on their papers. Each presentation lasts 15 minutes, including 2-3 minutes for Q&A. We will provide laptop and other equipments for the presentation. Presenters should get their PPT prepared before the conference.

Except for oral presentation, poster presentation and video presentation are acceptable.
Please prepare the poster in A1 size (vertically) and take it to the conference venue for post.
The suggested way to prepare a video presentation:

Please save it as a video file.

*Please note that the presentation will be taken as oral presentation without notice in advance. For poster or video presentation, please inform the conference secretary when making the registration.
*One best presentation will be selected from each session and the author of best presentation will be awarded the certificate after the session.
